Deborah Timperley is a glass maker whose current series explores the concept of a 'Dialogue at the Threshold' using black glass and 23.5ct gold. The pieces are a combination of open casting and lost wax casting. Her work has evolved from more functional bowls, vessels and jewellery to objects which express an idea.
